Icesion was my first large-scale e-commerce project, serving over 30,000 users. The performance optimization was crucial - we had to ensure fast loading times even with hundreds of products and concurrent users. I implemented database indexing and query optimization techniques that reduced page load times by 60%. The project taught me a lot about scaling web applications while maintaining a smooth user experience.
